Legal & Audio Security Notice
Due to increasing incidents of attempted piracy, EGS3 Sound Works now employs advanced, proprietary AI-assisted audio watermarking, specifically utilizing intentional and controlled channel bleeding to protect our original compositions and recordings from unauthorized reverse-engineering, audio extraction, and digital dissection through Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and related software.
This deliberately introduced audio watermark—often perceived as subtle inter-channel crosstalk or controlled frequency bleeding—is carefully embedded into the downloadable audio files provided on this site. Genuine listeners will not notice any perceptible impact on their listening experience, as it has been finely tuned to remain sonically transparent during normal playback.
However, individuals or entities attempting to digitally isolate, separate, analyze, or extract individual instrumental tracks, stems, or audio components through phase inversion techniques, spectral editing, stereo separation, channel isolation, null-testing, or similar forensic audio engineering methods will find that these attempts result in audio artifacts, rendering unauthorized extraction ineffective.
This security measure does not apply to customers and partners in possession of the authorized original master files provided directly by EGS3 Sound Works.
Unauthorized attempts to bypass, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent this audio security measure are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights under applicable laws.
By downloading or accessing any audio content provided by EGS3 Sound Works, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this security policy.
